VENDARITH selects the latest effective rate on or before each invoice date for the same vendor and customer workspace. Expected = effective contract rate × service units + authorized extras + approved surcharges, fees, and taxes − credits (when an adjustment exists). This demonstration includes reviewer-entered billing adjustments when present. All assumptions require human verification; these are not proven overcharges.
Next development milestone
This version demonstrates read-only, browser-side effective-date rates and selected advanced billing components using Supabase data. The original v5.6 OCR/document tools, recovery tracking, and complete billing workbench are not connected. We still need independently validated calculations, secure document storage, audited write permissions, and expanded access-control tests before real client use.
